As Almar Uruguay is a new company, with barely 6 years in the market, a large part of its employees are young: the average age of the staff is 35 years old. The company´s personnel combines positions held by employees with some seniority who have been working with the group for over 13 years with new people who joined the company 1 or 2 years ago. As a basic and essential requirement, Almar's employees must fit a clearly defined profile in order to stay with the company: knowing how to work in a team. For this reason, the company does not necessarily recruit and hire personnel with experience in the business, but rather it focuses on their ability to work in a group, their flexibility dynamism, quick adaptation to changes and identification with the company's goals. |
